We do not host user accounts or user-submitted content. Anything you type into a calculator stays in your browser.

5. Third-party services

The site includes ads via Google AdSense and affiliate links to third-party tax software. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tax Calculator World be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, tax penalties, interest, or professional fees, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed US $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tax Calculator World and its operators from any claim arising out of your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
