Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@worldtaxcalc.lovable.app that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The URL of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.

False claims
